Hey. Today seems like a good day to blog. I'm indeed procrastinating from the heaps of my debate rebuttals that I should be preparing, sigh. I made my own dinner today and I mopped the whole living room, study hall and the kitchen. Yay score one for growing up. Which again makes me sigh. Oh no, don't get me wrong it isn't the chores that I'm sighing for, it's the growing up part. Doesn't it suck that everyday we wake up and we're 1 day older? We're being closer to growing up every single day, but no I don't want to grow up. No, I want to stay a kid, I want to be pampered, I want to go to school, I want to live with my parents. No, I don't want to be an adult, I don't want to live on my own, I don't want to face college/university, I don't want to find my own food, I don't want to leave the sanity of home. No, I don't want to grow up.

It's just about months, that I'll be done with my spm and my results will be out. I'll be going to college in months, oh no. please i don't want to. i wanna be a kid again. i want to be free, i want to pampered. i want to beg daddy to iron my clothes when i'm lazy. i want mum to force me to eat my vitamins and supplements. i want mum to remind me to wash my shoes. i want daddy to pick me up from school. i want to watch sunday movies with mum and dad. oh my, why does childhood seem so fun

Yes, I do realize it. I am growing up, no matter I like it or not. I'll go to college, meet new people, make new friends, fall in and out of love, break hearts, get heart broken, learn to live, to be independent, to be brave, to face life's challenges.

Oh and yes, I've decided to take up medicine in the future. I was torn between law and medicine, actually. And i had a hard time deciding whether I should be wearing a black suit or a white coat? to protect the law, or to protect the people? and yes finally i decided yes i want to be a doctor. No matter the fame and money, i want to help people. i want people to feel better. i want families to trust doctors and sleep away knowing that i will do all out to help their loved ones. i want to help. i want faith in humanity and the only way to get it, is to be a doctor.

Speaking of the future, I'll actually be going to the debate state level competition in 5 days. Wish us luck people.

Which again reminds me, i should be doing my rebuttals.

Time is a gift

Hi. I have been so busy lately that I haven't even got time to catch a breath. I have just finished seating for my First Test and came back from a recent competition I took part in. I had school on Saturday, meaning I have only today, a brand new Sunday to finish all my assignments and homework which I left behind during my exam week. Pheww, what a tiring day.

I love weekends, though. Even if I'm burdened with so many homework to complete, I love weekends. Weekends have always been a bliss. Even how hectic my week had been before, I always manage to sleep through a smile on weekends. Just yesterday, I read a book; The Gift by Cecelia Ahern. I have always wanted to read this, but never got around to buying it. I'm not such a big fan of Cecelia's writing, but this book was amazing. Purely amazing. My cousin lent me this one actually and she quoted, "Stop all your studying/busy schedule and take time to read this' Now I know why. The Gift is about taking time to appreciate things around you; the littlest things that you may not even notice when you are living in the high line of achieving your dreams, expectations, work, school and everything else that may come. Time is a gift, it has always been, but we are so caught up with life that we often forget that. Being the person we are today, there's partly no one to blame. C'mon, is there anyone to blame, if you and you are the one working hard for your life? It's your life and you're in it, no one else. So do me a favor, put your books down for a minute, let your hair down, look at the littlest things around you and start smiling. Think of all those littlest seconds in your life that made you smile. I promise it'll do you wonder.

I finished reading The Gift in a day; in a sitting to be exact. Books like that are meant to be read and cherished. Life is so hectic now, that whenever i find time to read and relax, it feels like eternal bliss and heaven.

The debating season is coming soon too. We haven't got an exact date, but it's expected to be around April. Debating has always been my favourite and yeah no doubt I can't wait for this one to come. I'm really hoping to go to the States this year, and I'm sure we'll make it through. Determination, believing, praying. Thats all we need.

Damn. My laptop is dying out of battery and needs charging and since I'm in the most comfortable position ever, I don't feel like moving and charging it. So that's a wrap for now. I just realized I missed writing here. All the words, coming so ever naturally, feels like freedom.

Recap of 2012


Oh my. This year was awesome. Too damn danglicious awesome I would say. So many awesome things happened this year and yes, I'm forever grateful for it :)


1. I met our Prime Minister of Malaysia! Haha, sorry this had to be number 1. Yes, not only I met him, I also had the chance to talk and present in front of him! It was at the launching of the i-Think programme, if you're wondering. The whole trip to KL was super amazing, imagine going somewhere with your bestie and crazy friends! We had so so so much fun; we watched Glee till late nights, shopped or should i say window shopped haha, met awesome people, ate like hungry babarians haha( we were really tired), and yeah, you get the picture, it was tonnes of fun! :)

2. I was selected to join the Johor International Student Leadership Conference (2012). Can i just say how fun it was? Dang dang fun! That 4 days 3 nights was soooooo fun and educational, i might add :) I learned a lot of things, presented in front of tonnes of people(international and local delegates!), met awesome and friendly people, ate dinner on a cruise(ftw!). I wrote about the trip on my school magazine, so chances are that i might post it here and you can read it here as well :)

3. DEBATE! We won the district level and fyi, we were against some of the greatest schools in Muar but we WON!! Haha, i swear to you when they announced the winning team at the grand finale, i cried -.- Yes i did. I cried. Lol. Our debate team was awesome, we came to school every single day even on Sundays to practice. I guess this is where the phrase No pain, no gain is true! But.....

4. My teacher picked me and my bestie for the AnugerahTokoh Nilam 2013. And guess what, i came in as the champion and she came in as 1st runner up! Look how Convent girls roll! :) Should i add when the mention when they announced it, i cried -.- Crybaby me. Haha!

5. I won a Samsung Galaxy Tab!!!!! Courtesy of the i-Think HOTS Magazine contest :) And I may add that I used my tablet so so so much this holidays and t'was so useful. But yeah, definitely next year I would have to keep it away so that I can actually study XD

6. I had an amazing holiday this December. Went to Yogyakarta with my family for a whole 4 days 3 nights tour and it was superb! I had sooo much fun!! Thank you to my amazing parents for making it happen, love you all loads :)

So, those are the little things that made my 2012 awesome. Those little things that counts, at the end of the day. If you were expecting me to say 'I fell in love' or 'I met the right one for me', HAHA jokes on me. Of course that didn't happen( although most of the 16 year olds would have written this). I didn't meet a charming young prince who would sweep me out of my feet before I can even say 'Fairytale'. Nope, that did not happen. Not that I was ever ever expecting, I might add. *Team Forever Alone and Proud! ;) Haha!

And since this is already a super long post, I might just add here my 2013 resolutions.

1. Study harder.
2. Eat healthier.
3. Spend lesser time on Facebook and other social networks
4. Stop, yes i mean STOP getting distracted by le baby tablet/phone/telly/laptop
5. Be a nice person in general
6. Reach my dreams
7. Make myself proud
8. Expect less but work harder
9. Wake up earlier and take no naps
10. Be happy.

10 lovely resolutions that I hope I can keep up with! Alright that's it for 2012. Hopefully 2013 would be as awesome as 2012 and maybe even awesome-er. God bless. Thank you for everything that happened this year. I am forever grateful for all of it.

Holly Holidays

Hey. It's been so long since I last updated and now I think I owe it to myself to update this blog. It's December already, gosh how fast time flies. I feel like it's just the beginning of 2012 and now it's coming to an end. 2012 was an amazing year, lots of great things happen and I'm forever grateful for all of those. Great memories were made and I'm definitely sure I'll never be able to forget any of those. To recap 2012 is something amazing and I'll probably wait till the end of this year to do a recap of it here.

So now I'm basically going to blog about ze holidays and what I did and as well as what I'm going to do. I never ever ever touched any of my revision books, so probably I will get to it soon. I also had heaps of Chemistry homework to do, but yadadada i'm so lazy. So lazy I say. Alright, let's not talk about how lazy i am and proceed to productive things I did. I spent a week at Taiping which is where my maternal grandparents live. Yes, a whole week. And so I thought I would spent a week without internet connection but boyy I was wrong. I couldn't even last for a day, so my dad bought for me a whole week internet package data. Hah, so instead of spending my time enjoying nature at it's best, I was cooped up inside in front of le baby tablet and le phone. But yadada, the trip was fun neway.

I watched Breaking Dawn with my bro and cousins so that's for the win! Breaking Dawn was awesome, simply awesome I say. I almost cried at the ending :') The fighting scene was almost too real and as usual, Edward was mesmeric, ravishing and Jacob was high on his shirtless scenes. Bella was absolutely gorgeous and Renesmee was the cutest child I've ever seen! So yeah, that's basically Breaking Dawn in 20 words. If you haven't watch it yet, then you have to do so! You'll never regret it, even if you're not a Twilight fan. Even my bro said it was awesome and he never liked Twilight!

Here's to the end of the ever most amazing Twilight Saga and cutest couple on screen! 

Other productive things? Well, I went to the Big Bad Wolf Sale! HOWL for the wolf! *insert scary wolf howling sound* It was so awesome and I got so many awesome books for a really good deal!! Pictures are up on my Instagram, so go check it out! I met le cousins there, so it was double the fun! Looking, or should I say hunting for books with crazy book lovers is awesome!

I guess that's about it for this post. I'm out of ideas to write, but I'll promise to write whenever I have time. I kind of miss writing, so I'll try doing it more often now.

School's out! My Form 4's life is over :( Best year so far in my secondary school. Dreams turned into actions and history :) I'm gonna miss this year a whole lot. I'm gnna be in Form 5 next year and judging me by my height, you could never say that im going to be seventeen! I feel old already :(

Hiya ladies, lads :) I am soo bored right now. Well actually i am supposed to be studying but lalala u know me i am a great procrastinator of all times. Hehe. So its no big wonder why am i here.

I was sick yesterday. Like bloody sick. Massive sore throat and headache. But i am so much better now. I almost like slept in class on friday -.- Thank goodness for the paracatemol i took yesterday and a good night sleep i am all better now.

So my exam is next week. Hihi. What can i say? Time flies really fast. Its already the second semester test. I can barely get over midterm exam and now its THE SECOND SEM EXAM?!? Like where was i all along? Probably dreaming off One Direction and Justin Biebz. Haha dont blame me. Zayn is just that hot. Nuff' said. Well after my exam i have to complete my nilam books. At least 288 books. Oh gosh. The tokoh nilam competition is on after form 3's PMR so yeah my teacher told me to get prepared. Like for God heaven sake i got to read Malay literature like books from Samad Said and what not. Gosh. I'm already having a hard time understanding Shakespeare. Ooh speaking of Shakespeare, i finished reading Julius Caesar! I never expected Caesar to die. Ooh what a twist. I liked Anthony's speech lots. I wrote a review on his speech for my homework and my sir gave me full mark! Wheee!! Hihi, braggy me -.-

Im watching the Olympics! Who else is? Oh wait everyone is. Haha i cant wait for One Direction's performance for closing ceremony. Gonna be epic! :)

Life's Unexpected

Huwaa lads& ladies! :) Sooo today's Sunday and yeah, tomorrow's school, but here I am still blogging. Its been like really long since I updated and I just wanted to say hi :) and a few other things! :)

Last week at school was pretty busy. People from JPN Perak came to my school regarding the i-Think project and we had to open up a booth, do thinking maps and so much stuff and I was bloody tired. But then we got free food and I was happy likah jelly bean XD Is that even possible? Lol, I'm a Nialler :P And then the next day we had OPEN DAY and I almost died. Well I'm not really satisfied with my results this time, so I wasn't really keen of having my parents coming :P But t'was okay in the end :) GOTTA WORK HARDER NEXT TIME, thats for sure! And then the next day, again we had AIM visiting for the i-Think. And again, I had to like 'talk, talk, talk'.

Heyy!! So I just came back from Melaka and i'm bloody tired :)  See how fudging tired I am but I still manage to blog my day and add smileys at the end of my sentences? Haha :) Soo have you watched Men In Black 3 starring Will Smith?? :D

If you havent then you certainly must! Its like the best movie ever!! So action packed but damn awesome!! :) I heard Justin&Lady Gaga made cameos in the movie but I didnt spot Justin :( I spotted Gaga though. So in conclusion, it is awesome! :)

I bought a new watch! Finally! :) It's red and I lovee it :) Haha and my Dad bought his phone cover he lost. Hahaha :)

Alright, before any misunderstandings happen I would like to clarify that my title above is from the new Maroon 5 song Payphone :) I am not or ever try to reach to call my boyfie or whatsoever. Sooo why am I blogging at 11.30 at night when I am supposed to be sleeping?!!?? Haha i was supposed to watch One Direction on tv today at 10.30 but things screwed up. I came back from my Chemistry tuition at 10 just wanting to turn on the telly when my dad said 'oh gosh i lost my blackberry cover' Oops. So i searched the car and it wasnt there so we had to drive all the way to the tuition road to find it buy No we didnt find it. Damn you phone cover thief. Cripple in hell, haha i'm revengeous <-- is there such a word as tat? lol lets just say i'm full of revenge! dude that cover cost like lots of bucks and you just steal it!! Damn!!

I'm pissed. Yes I am. Since i am underage and still innocent*insert baby face even though you might not buy it*, no curse words or swearing gifs shall be used. Did i just say that??!!

Midterm break :)

WAZZZZA? I am as usual fangirling. Have you listened to Justin Bieber's latest song? It's called All Around The World :) Wait, lemme add a link here.

Isn't it amazing?!! I can't wait for the whole album :) Oh and btw, Beliebers have all of you hear that Justin is coming to town?? And by town, I mean MALAYSIA!! Yep, for the MTV World Stage 2012 Justin is gonna be the international superstar presenting. Wow. Like seriously wow. My friend told me you can't buy tickets, you're gonna have to win them in order to go. And since my luck at radio contests sucks, this is gonna be hard. I rarely win radio contests, :( My cousins win them all the time! Actually I have won twice. One was from Hitz FM and the other from Fly FM. I got two pairs of Breaking Dawn screening tickets from Hitz but sigh I didn't go though. Oh and Fly gave me RM50 KFC voucher. Haha, more food for me :)

Neways, my homeworks are coming to an end!! I almost finish every single one of them!! Almost, though!! Yay!!

Alohaaa!! Alright, so I'm up early today, don't ask me why cos I myself don't know why. I just did and I wanted to do something productive today apart from homework, so here I am. I just watched Oh My English on Tviq this morning and guess what, it was awesome. It's so funny and cute and yeah, you could learn a lot from the show. And the English teacher in the show, is, damn attractive. Pictures? 

Imagine having him as your English teacher. Oh my what a handsome face. God bless his handsome face. So, MR HENRY MIDDLETON, do the honor of becoming my English teacher? I swear I'd be so active in class :) Haha, not that I'm not grateful for what I have now though. He is so bloody cute, gah I just can't take it.

Thinking

Alright. I am so bored right now. I do have loads of homework to do actually but nah, I'll just skip for now. I'm not in the mood for boring home works. So much homework. Gah. The holidays are flying so fast, btw. 1 more week and back to school. Time to face exam results. Please be good, I've worked hard(hard enough, I guess) and I really need to do better than my first exam. So please, be good :) Oh yeah, not to mention right after this holidays, we're probably going to practice for our debate. We're going to the States people!

So I just finished reading A Walk To Remember, At First Sight and P/s I Love You :) I bought A Walk To Remember& At First Sight the other day at Borders and did I mention, Borders is like the coolest bookstore ever! You could spend hours in there, not even noticing the time flying. It's like heaven....for book nerds.. Lol. I read P/s I Love You before but I downloaded the ebook cos the book is so bloody good and makes me cry every single time I read Gerry's letter. Damn! A Walk To Remember wasn't as sad as I was told. But I guess 'twas good anyway. Predictable ending I would say though. But At First Sight was awesome! Nicholas Sparks deffo did it again! It wasn't sad nor romantic much. But full of emotions, surprises and drama. My Mum says its weird that I finish a whole book in one day, pretty much like 3 hours. Is it? I just cannot put down a book once I start reading it, unless it's boring ofc :P So yeah, basically I would recommend you buying At First Sight :)

Oh and one more thing, how many of you guys do Catch Us If You Can for English literature? My brother's doing it and the other day I was reading it, just in case I wanna do it next year and I ACTUALLY CRIED when reading it. Gosh I'm a sucker for sad sappy books. It was about a boy and his grandfather and it was so touching I cried. Gosh. Me.

You know there's a wedding in front of my house. You could walk outside my door and see tables&chairs. The wedding is tomorrow. So yeah basically I'm being paranoid that people are staring at me while I'm typing this. You know me.

Yeah I miss you, but we'll meet again someday.

Hey! Sorry for that quite sad romantic title :) Anyway, I'm actually doing my homework now& I needed to use the computer to search for something and idk somehow i'm here on my blog. Last week&this has been really an intense week. Skipping class, debate practice, debate competition, loads of homework, reading Julius Caeser. Gosh, simply hectic.

We won our first round of debate against High School the other day. And now we're against SAB and if we win, we can finally go to FINALS! Woohoo! :) I'm day dreaming, excuse me XD Wish us luck! :D

I'm suffering while doing my homework now. BM Rumusan& Add Maths. GOSHHHH! Miserable me :(

Oh wait, I just remembered I have hot cup to eat for dinner today. FYI, my diet plan is crashed :( But on the bright side, I'm still maintaining my ideal weight XD :) *random*

Hola ladies! I'm supposed to be studying, but I'm sick so my parents are like, 'Omg darling sweetie you're sick. Go get plenty of sleep and i don't mind you sleeping all the way after lunch' So yay for that. I just went to the clinic in the morning and got myself plenty of medicines and lozenges for my sore throat.

I just finished my First Exam and mostly all my results are out. tbh, I screwed up my Add Maths. I didn't fail, but I got a freaking B. Not even a B+, but a damn B. I was depressed the whole day, but I guess this is my first try and I still have a long way to go, right? My parents was like 'YOU GOT A B?' Heh, I'll work harder for Mid-Year, promise :) I falala love History and Biology. Oh yeah, and I took 1 extra subject which is Literature and I got a freaking A! And tbh this is damned weird, but my Literature marks is way higher than my English. Like, the hell is going on? I got A- for my English but A for Literature? Haha, weirdness.

So, I'm still thinking about the whole i-Think launching. The official i-Think Facebook page just uploaded pictures and i'm like 'Wow, I miss this' Heh, it was so much fun! I really do wanna go there all over again! :) I didn't know they were actually taking pics. If I knew, i'd probably smiled better! :)

Guess thats all for now. I gotta go memorize my oral script& practice my debate. I'm on opposition, and I'm the third speaker btw :) So bye for now.
